Cancellation and Refunds

No Refund Policy

Once product is delivered to customer then only customer able to exchange the product no refund will be given.

Refunds are only available in the event of an order being cancelled by us due to an issue with the order. The refund process may take 10-14 days to credit to your account and you will receive an update from the Razorpay team including the RRN number and Refund ID via email.

Return Policy [Only for Prepaid]

[Note: Return is possible only for Prepaid. If order is COD then no return accepted.]

We offer a 7-day return policy, commencing from the date of receipt of your item. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused with all tags and packaging intact. Addition proof of purchase, such as a recei must be provided.
